Booking Policy
- We cannot process any booking without any advance payment (For non refundable booking)
- We can only hold the booking, if you send the mail for confirmation. (Without payment incase of refundable booking)
- If Hotel gets sold out at the time of booking, we are not responsible and we can offer similar booking
- You need to send us the mail for holding of rooms and make payment by time limit otherwise booking will get auto-released.
- We require mail acceptance for any kind of amendment and approvals
- Confirmation voucher cannot be sent without
